Fitness Training, After-School Activities, Respite Events, and other Services for Families with Special Needs and their Friends
Our Certified Trainers will meet athletes at various locations throughout our county.
We'll enjoy hikes, exercise and socialization while following County Health Department safety protocols. We help individuals improve flexibility, strength and body regulation while encouraging development in social/emotional health. Fitness regimes are modified for individual activity level.
